Is there a trial lesson?

Yes, a 40-minute trial lesson is available for S$160. If you finish after the trial, the cost is S$160. If you purchase a package on the same day, the trial counts as your 1st session. Perfect for first-timers.

Is bay usage included in the lesson fee?

No, lesson packages do not include bay usage. You will need to separately purchase either the Premium Membership (S$158/month), a 10-session ticket (30 min/session, S$197), or pay per session (45 min, S$25).

Which plan offers the best value?

For those serious about improving, Plan A (S$158/month + lesson pack) is highly recommended. You get daily 60-minute practice sessions at 52% off the regular price.

Is there a minimum contract period for monthly memberships?

The Premium Membership requires a minimum 3-month commitment. The Weekday Plan requires 6-month renewal cycles. Note that monthly plan payments are by credit card only (debit cards not accepted).

Do lessons have an expiry date? How can I extend after expiry?

The 30-min × 10-session pack is valid for 8 months from purchase. The 40-min × 10-session pack is valid for 10 months from purchase. [Extending After Expiry] Even after the expiry date, you can extend your pack within 2 months of expiry for an additional S$150/month. To request an extension, please contact our staff via WhatsApp or the contact form. Please note that extensions are not available if more than 2 months have passed since expiry.

Can beginners take lessons?

Absolutely! About 60% of our members are beginners. With a combination of regular practice and lessons, most of them are out on the course as confident golfers within 6 months. Our coaches start from the very basics — including how to hold a club — so complete beginners are more than welcome.

How do I book a lesson?

For your first visit, please contact us via WhatsApp or email. After joining, you can book through our dedicated app.

What is a Pair Lesson?

A Pair Lesson is a format where 2 people take a lesson together. The 45-min × 10-session pack is S$763 per person (valid 10 months). A trial lesson is S$200 (total for 2 people). Perfect for couples or friends.

What is a Family Lesson?

A lesson plan for families who want to enjoy golf together. The 45-min × 10-session pack is S$650 per person. Open to all ages from children to adults, with up to 2 people attending simultaneously.

What is the difference between Pair and Family Lessons?

Pair Lessons are for 2 people, while Family Lessons are designed for families (3 or more). Family Lessons allow up to 2 people at the same time and are more affordable per person (S$650/person vs S$763/person for Pair).

Can children take lessons?

Yes, children are welcome in Family Lessons. There is no age restriction, so feel free to contact us.

Is there a trial for Pair/Family Lessons?

A trial is available for Pair Lessons (S$200 total for 2 people). You can try it before purchasing the full pack. If you buy a package on the day, the trial counts as your 1st session.

Are the prices the same at both branches?

Yes, both OUE and 18 Robinson branches have the same pricing structure. Premium members can use both branches.

Is there parking available?

Both branches have paid parking within the building. They are also conveniently located within walking distance of MRT stations.

What are the operating hours?

Open weekdays from 6:30am to 11:30pm, and weekends/public holidays from 6:30am to 9:30pm. Practice and lesson members can use all hours. Visitors have some time slot restrictions.

Is there an enrollment fee?

No enrollment fee. You can start with just the plan fee from your first month.

What is the cancellation policy?

For golf lessons, cancellations must be made at least 1 hour in advance on weekdays, and at least 24 hours in advance on weekends and public holidays. For practice bay bookings, cancellations must be made at least 1 hour in advance on both weekdays and weekends. Please note that refunds are not available for ticket members.

What is an SGA Handicap and what can I do with it?

The SGA Handicap is an official handicap index issued by the Singapore Golf Association. It follows the World Handicap System (WHS) standard and is required for playing at major golf courses in Singapore and entering tournaments. KINOGOLF is officially recognized as an SGA Associate Member, so you can obtain your handicap right here.

KINOGOLF is a premium indoor golf studio located in the heart of Singapore CBD. Operating at two locations — OUE Downtown Gallery (Tanjong Pagar) and 18 Robinson (Raffles Place) — we provide precise swing analysis and data-driven coaching through the latest UNEEKOR EYE XO simulator. Korean Female Professional Golfer Coaches

KINOGOLF has KLPGA-certified Korean female professional golfer coaches on staff. Coach Min-Jung Kim and Coach Judy Im provide lessons in Korean and English, renowned for their attentive guidance for female golfers and beginners. SINGAPORE PGA-certified coaches also offer multilingual lessons in Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese.

SGA Official Handicap Support

KINOGOLF is officially recognized as an Associate Member of the Singapore Golf Association (SGA), supporting official SGA handicap acquisition at an annual fee of S$100 for members and S$180 for visitors. Transfer to major golf courses in Singapore is also available after obtaining your handicap. We adopt the World Handicap System (WHS) standard.

Pricing Plans

We offer Premium Membership (S$275/month, daily access), Weekday Membership (S$218/month, weekdays only), and lesson packages (30-min × 10 sessions S$872, 45-min × 10 sessions S$1,090). The latest Callaway demo clubs are available, so you can come empty-handed. Club storage service (same-day free, overnight S$7, monthly S$68) is also available.
